Some things to remember when taking online class:
- Use a chair or counter (preferably at waist height) when taking the barre portion of class. If those are unavailable, you can hold onto a door frame at waist height.
- Make sure that you have, at least, a legs’ length around you at all times, as you don’t want to kick anything when taking working.
- Hard, smooth wood flooring is preferable for ballet shoes. If you have to dance on a carpeted surface, we would recommend wearing socks or bare feet instead of ballet shoes.
- When jumping, please make sure that the surface underneath you has give, such as wood, but strong enough to support your jump. If there is concrete underneath you, I wouldn’t recommend jumping for your safety.
HAVE FUN!
